Frequently asked questions

01 / 09

What kind of software development do you offer?

We build landing pages, websites, custom software and automations, always with UX/UI design included. From a landing to validate your idea to internal dashboards, integrations and full systems.

02 / 09

What types of businesses do you work with?

We work with growing teams and businesses that need digital presence or software without enterprise overhead. Fintechs, agencies, consultancies, shops and teams still running on spreadsheets or chat.

03 / 09

Do you combine UX/UI design and development in one project?

Yes. At Sopunto, design and development sit in one team. We do not deliver mockups alone or code without visual judgment: we design, build, launch and support.

04 / 09

How much does a landing page or custom software cost?

Our projects are quoted in USD and depend on scope, number of sections, integrations and level of customization. As a reference, Landing Starter starts at USD 499, Landing Pro from USD 799, Landing + Automation from USD 1,200 and Custom Software / MVP from USD 2,500. Care & Maintenance is quoted after launch based on project complexity and support needs.

05 / 09

How does payment work?

We usually work with 50% upfront and 50% before final delivery. Optional care and maintenance plans are quoted after launch and billed monthly when agreed.

06 / 09

What does maintenance include?

Technical support, bug fixes, minor updates and follow-up for your software in production. Major improvements are quoted separately.

07 / 09

How long does a project take?

It depends on scope. A basic landing can be ready in 1–2 weeks; custom software requires prior discovery and is delivered in stages.

Do you offer hosting and domain?

Yes, as a separate service. We can handle publishing, domain and hosting based on your needs.

09 / 09

What is post-delivery support like?

Close attention via video call or email. We gather requirements, deliver in stages and offer optional care and maintenance plans after launch.
